Nereyda met Roy Eddleman when she was just 19 years old. She didn’t know it then, but she would work alongside him for the next 45 years. Through the years, she went from a file clerk to a lab assistant at Spectrum Medical and finally to the executive assistant, where she would wear many hats and do anything and everything it entails to keep a Philanthropic Scientist Entrepreneur organized. She has managed over 20 commercial properties as well as 10 luxury residential properties and oversees the financial and management of all aspects of Mr. Eddleman's endeavors, including several organizations. She has served as the Treasurer/Secretary of two of Mr. Eddleman's foundations: The Foundation for Educational Research, which gave grants to AIDS research with Labor Day L.A., and The Epic Foundation, which provided financial aid to those in need for living and medical expenses. As well as grants to different
organizations, including Point Foundation and The Williams Institute. Today, along with Co-Trustees Anis Garci and Geoffrey Paul, they run the Eddleman Quantum Institute. A foundation that benefits the study of Quantum Science and helps fund scholarships for up-and-coming scientists.
